VR for Good, Youth Innovation Spring Camp
0 701Riyada for Social Innovation continues to bring unique innovative programs to the pre-college youth to teach them about social innovation in a fun and hands-on way. To make use of the Spring break, a group of eager-to-learn youth ages 13-16 joined the 4-day “VR for Good” program hosted by Touch Lab – TIP program where they created a VR app for the social good with the training partner Edutek. The theme was “Bringing back hope and joy” and focused on SDG’s 3, 10, 16, and 17. The groups worked on mental health, physical health, and illnesses facing teenagers and youth. It was impressive how they could come up with a prototype in just a few days and integrate entrepreneurial and social elements.
